Shipping & Delivery Policy

To ensure that frozen and fresh food products retain their full quality, freshness, and standard cold-chain integrity by the time they reach our customers, JM FOOD JOINT STOCK COMPANY LIMITED - JM FOOD applies the following flexible delivery procedures and policies:

Scope & Applicable Customers

Delivery coverage: door-to-door delivery within Ho Chi Minh City, and the southern Vietnamese provinces of Binh Duong, Vung Tau, Phan Thiet, Phu Quoc, Can Tho, Tay Ninh, An Giang, Da Nang, Nha Trang, and other provinces in the region.
Customers served: applies to retail customers, B2B customers (restaurants, hotels, resorts, grill houses, kitchens, etc.), and distribution agents alike.

Shipping Method & Product Preservation

Food products require strict temperature control during storage and transport. JM FOOD Saigon operates a dedicated delivery process for each order type:

Orders within Ho Chi Minh City (express delivery): packed in insulated foam boxes/bags with specialized gel ice packs, delivered by motorbike or small refrigerated trucks so the goods arrive as quickly as possible without thawing.
Wholesale / B2B / provincial orders: transported 100% by dedicated refrigerated trucks (-18°C) or through trusted refrigerated freight partners, ensuring an unbroken standard cold chain from our warehouse all the way to the receiving location.

Delivery Time

Within Ho Chi Minh City: express delivery within 2–4 hours of order confirmation, or delivered within your requested time window.
Neighboring provinces: delivery takes 1–3 days depending on geographic location and the refrigerated truck/freight schedule for that provincial route.

Our consultant will confirm the exact departure time and estimated delivery time as soon as your order is confirmed.

Shipping Fees

Within Ho Chi Minh City: calculated based on the actual rates of tech-delivery services (Ahamove, Grab, etc.) or the company's own delivery trucks.
B2B orders / provincial orders: fees are calculated based on weight (kg/ton), carton volume, and geographic distance.

JM FOOD Saigon always proactively helps find the most cost-effective refrigerated freight partner or carrier for our partners.

Inspection & Acceptance Process (Joint Inspection)

To fully protect customers' interests when receiving frozen goods:

Customers are entitled to open the box/tray to check the quantity, packaging specification (vacuum-sealed, 500g trays, etc.), frozen condition, and overall appearance.

If you notice the product is severely dented, the vacuum seal is torn, there are signs of thawing or spoilage, or the wrong item was delivered, please take photos/video on the spot and immediately notify our Customer Care Hotline so we can arrange a timely exchange or replacement.
